Sri Apanshu Mohan Lodh was born at village Chandla, District Comilla now in Bangladesh on 1st February, 1932 A.D. He passed LL.B. from Calcutta University in the year 1957 A.D. and joined at Agartala Bar Association in the year in
January 1958. A.D. as a lawyer and became Senior Advocate in the Gauhati High Court. Sri Lodh is very famous for his professional skills and a popular personality in the state. He is the founder
